if in soil, i would say yes, i would say your ok, i would skip feeding the next watering, just to make sure its nute burn, too little nitrogen can cause leaves to turn yellow too, but they look to me, like there nitrogen rich from the dark green of the leaves, the slight turning of the leaves just starting. and the leaf tips turning yellow. all pointing to nitrogen toxicity.
if it were not enough nitrogen, the large shade leaves would be turning yellow from the bottom of the plant upwards.
