top center of forming buds looks like yellow dots is this normal?

Its a bestva 2000w pro. Its bright as hell, has a fan that blows aceoss it so theres little heaf ans the plants are fins. Check my grow journal, link below
200 watts then. Few run a light that weak. I’ve bleached some young plants as white as ivory by placing the light too close at full power. I’ve witnessed burn like in the OPs pictures from LEDs too close.

the buds are massive and healthy... i wouldn't call the light weak and I see many people here using similar lights, mainly from other companies.. although i do know there are better lights

How many plants are under it?
I've got 2 of those lights, side by side. fan blowing across the closet at light level. very little heat. no ventilation. 2 large plants, in photo, strawberry diesel and catpiss. the second light has 4 strains, euforia, sour buble, g13 and master OG. The 2 plants are larger than the others and within 4 inches of the light, not 2, my mistake. Only the euforia is close to the light on the other side, other plants are shorter... check my grow journal for more info..

200 watts or less..... one plant day 21, day 28, and last run. nothing is burnt ... the dots are just what healthy plants do.. when treated by special by me.. i guess

nothing too unusual. buds seem a little underdeveloped.. couple more weeks maybe.. day 50 here . seems ok i guess. watering now at 2 min every 4 hours. once at night. grape pie x stardawg greenpoint jelly pie
