A co worker has called off a few days because his wrist is sore and tender. I don’t know how it got that way and pretty sure I don’t want to know unless you want to use it as an excuse to get out of the trenches of work. But beware soft and tender has been yelled out at least 20 times a day at work followed by laughter. We are insensitive sob’s and should be ashamed

Hello, how are you?
It's so typical of me to talk about myself, I'm sorry
I hope that you're well
Did you ever make it out of that town
Where nothing ever happened?

Taking tomorrow off so I don't have to get divorced. Worked 74 hrs last week. What did I miss?
There is a time and place for everything. Unless you work 74 hrs a week. That leaves little time for anything else.

How much Ca Hypo did that require? I see it in dollar signs now LOL and that's even with my chlorine generator.

Goddamn. I need to up my prices lol. I believe 25lbs is going for $169 out here. As compared to $79 just 2 seasons ago. That pic was actually from a job a few years ago. But realistically yeah I bet I used 15lbs over the course of 3 days. Shit is magical though lol!

It really is although green ends and streaks were considered unattractive during my youth, so unfair! I thought I looked like Christmas. It's why I went with a Cl generator. Anyway you can't really get full shock levels with a generator so I supplement when I brush to keep my walls clean and free from embedded biologicals.

I'm considering moving to Pebble Sheen. Have you worked on any with that surface?

We are really almost 100% vinyl out here. With fiberglass one pieces coming in 2nd. So I have encountered exactly 0. But Pebble Tech /Pebble Sheen is the industry leader from what I understand. As far as care and maintenance, it sounds not much different from any other plaster finish. And quite a rigorous 28 day start up procedure. But does look absolutely gorgeous when done by an adept contractor. There's a new guy in town too that is really intriguing. Rebound. Results seem to vary. But sounds cool in theory.

They're all over here but I'm sticking with your, "... sounds cool in theory." for a bit longer. I don't want to wait until my plaster looks shitty and she's getting older, in pool years anyway.
Probably one of my favorite pools…

Mine (when clean) is turquoise. That's ^^ the blue I'd like. I also really want to change out my tile. But yeah I'd lounge there, just the ticket

Yeah the CA and PA markets are sooooo different. You guys got some crazy pools out there. We're really tame by comparison. You can still do some cool things with vinyl. But not much competition out here. So innovation is slow. But the money is good. FL is a rough rough market. A pool company every block. People getting service for a month, what we charge a week. I often thought about going down there and staying with my folks for a month and cleaning up in the winter. But not for those prices lol!
