With commercial ops they like their buds look all a nice shape and dont really like the foxtails or strange flowers shootr out of round nice shaped buds. Also you would have the issue of having nice ripe bud with some looking like it hasnt finished or not as ripe as the rest. This happens with shooting powder.yeah, that 20% increase in yield they claim is kinda crazy. i imagine all commercial ops use shooting powder then given that increase.
There are plenty of independent guys on the forums who have tried it, me myself icluded and it does work. Ive know more then a few guys use the max max dose and they have come back a week or so later with the plants all leaning over and colas on the floor and they panik. Till the realize itz due to all the extra bud. Its obviously not natrura for the plant and for its structure to have itz mass artificially increased that fast so sometimes the colas just drop. I have seen many guys who have had not so perfect grows, with stresses and deficiencies along the way try it and they have completely messed their plants up with it. It is used commercially in the horticultural industry (like roses, tulips ect)and well known for increasing flower mass . It does actually work but your plants have to be in peak conditions and be able to take the huge push. And you have to be able to look after them.
The ones the commercial cannbis industry use alot is rocks and flower bomb, be ause they work different. They actually push growth from the internal layers and make the buds denser and harder. But they also cut the stretch and length growth down. Those are all those very dense hard, heavy weighing buds you see that all have that similar look to them, with less leaf and more pistols and buds.
