Completely unrelated to all of this mornings shenanagins…

Costco has a 2lb bag of Hokkaido sea scallops for $35 bucks…I highly recommend purchasing it if you see it.

They are some of the better scallops I’ve had, super sweet and great flavor. I would be willing to use them raw in sushi. I’m buying a second bag this week, and I’ll probably do some sushi with ‘em.

This pic was in with my cruise pics....I don't remember taking it, and I'm fairly certain I didn't eat any. But they look good!

The one meal that was memorable was surf and turf....a really sweet tender tail, and they always had filet mignon on the menu and they killed it.

Those scallops pics from last night had me drooling...I have not had them in years!! No Costco here, yet.
