Last summer's drought actually allowed me to have my best out door season ever, mostly by keeping leaf septoria and other molds to a minimum! The previous 2 seasons were pretty brutal, mostly due to leaf septoria, but now I have a sulfur spray that at least allows me to get near the end of flowering. I can't spray the sulfur much past the first couple of weeks of flowering. As always, when flowers get old, near the finish line, they lose the ability to fight off the usual mold and fungus issues. I understand why people grow indoors, but I am still primarily an out door guy. Fortunately, there are strains that do better out doors, and I am focusing more on those as the years go by.
From early veg through the start of bud formation I spray mine weekly with the following at 1/2 recommended concentration for maintenance or at full strength if I see pest damage....

-1/2 tsp per gal dawn concentrated dish soap
-Aza Max
-Southern Ag Garden Friendly Fungicide for PM/mold
-Monterey BT for caterpillars/budworms
-Monterey Garden Insect Spray with Spinosad to control bugs
-1/4 strength nutrients mixed in for foliar feed

Only apply after sunset and after any sign of bees in the garden. The Spinosad kills all bugs good and bad that it touches when it is wet. Don't spray spinosad when bees are around. Also, if you spray this mix on the plants in sunlight, it will burn the leaves and damage the plants.

After bud formation starts, I don't spray anything, just fingers crossed until the end.

My plants do well with that mix.

I use Zerotol, from Biosafe, for PM and bud rot and it is a game changer! I can use it all the way up to harvest and have even washed freshly picked buds in it. Essentially, it is a super charged formulation of hydrogen peroxide, so no residue. I just pick off the bud worm damage, just part of the grow for me. I do select for strains that resist mold and bud worms, one such strain is Royal Kush. The "fuel" strains always seem to have far fewer bug issues for me. I also like things that finish earlier, figuring that the earlier I harvest, the less chance of a hail storm or high winds, or the millions of other things that can go wrong. Have a feeling it is going to be another one of those "moldy" summers!

I notice this too. The bugs seem to like the sweet fruity stuff.

finish earlier,
I notice the plants with denser bud structure that finish later are prone to mold damage from late season precip/humidity. The plants that finish by 1st or 2nd week October have little to no mold damage. Later than that, and there's much higher risk of mold.

I saw a half dozen houses not 100 feet away from your grow. Doesn't that give you cause for concern at all?
None.. i have never been ripped off.. heck my niehboors are my best r&d testers..ha. the city took my whole back fence down two yrs ago for two months to repace the master sewer lines.. those were 12ft plants that yr.. .i only lost hot peppers..

Has anyone ever heard of or use BLIMBURN SEEDS? They have a couple of strains I have been looking for and am thinking of ordering from them but wanted to see if anyone is familiar with them and their genetics. Thanks in advance. Happy Growing
