There are steel toe rubber boots. But that's not comfortable all day. But if you can use them as needed they'll probably hold up to the chemicals better.I'm looking for steel toe waterproof boots. I've been wearing Timberlands the last couple years. Was thinking of trying Keen. Tried Wolverine once but they lasted about 3 months. Boots really only last me about one season because of all the chlorine and acids. And all the kneeling I do. You know sucking dicks and whatnot.
The kiddo handled it like a champ, no problem at all. It was a truly magical time and I’d take her back anytime. Already priced out what it would cost to stay at the Hotel attached to California Adventure, and get three day park hopper passes. Maybe in a couple years that can happenOof I went there for my xx birthday 2 years ago with a toddler, ow ow ow. I never put on less than 10 miles at D'land how's the kid's aerobic conditioning? I'm currently ducking invites for a repeat performance. I figure when the kid can outlast me on a run we are ready. I'm working on having that be the day after she turns 14, but I'm good with 31 too, so I can just go to DCA and eat and drink while people watching and she'll join me for Lunch and Dinner. I have adreamplan.

I hope not, im fine with her just loving roller coasters, not jumping off 1500ft cliffs in a wing suit.Yeah! Little daredevil! She's gonna be one of those skydivers who does cool tricks...
We did three days in a suite at the Grand Californian so we were comfy and had a place to retreat to. I highly recommend it. As well as the Storybook Cafe and Napa Rose LOL. Your daughter is a good age for it. Zoe hadn't turned 2 so it was rocky. The kiddo handled it like a champ, no problem at all. It was a truly magical time and I’d take her back anytime. I always wore steel toe boots, even in an "office" job. Wolverines Dura Shock a long time ago but the last pair I bought weren't the same quality. I have had Red Wings, they lasted a while. Also now have Danner and White's but they're pricey. Don't know what to tell you about the chemicals, that usually spells death to leather. "chemical resistant leather work boots" returns a few but I think you get what you pay for. Many of them just say oil and slip resistant, maybe the chemicals won't eat the sole but they don't say anything about the stitching or leather. Look for ones in mining and oil exploration use. I'm with @DarkWeb on probably having a pair of good rubber ones and switching them out...a PITA but.Happy day. I got to sleep in. And only have to work half a day. Might go buy new boots after. What boots you guys wearing? Oh uh morning.
BUT WHAT BOOTS WILL YOU WEAR??!!Well, I can do the stuff in the yard, OR spend most of the day doing an NHRA and NASCAR racing binge. Possibly a couple outdoor projects before becoming a couch tuber.
Too warm, flops or sandals. I need to work on the tan lines on my feet.BUT WHAT BOOTS WILL YOU WEAR??!!
My last 2 seasons I have not worn steel toes. Because of the weight. But yesterday I dropped my extension cord reel and it hit my big toe. Not bad. But enough to stop and say "gee, that hurt. Probably should wear steel toes." Had a driver pallet jack drop a pallet on my toes before. Was wearing steel toes and they saved my fucking toes. I'm just going to play it safe from now on , ain't getting any younger.I always wore steel toe boots, even in an "office" job. When I was a young pup, this older boss I had who was really more of a mentor, told me to buy a pair of steel toed work boots instead of "dress shoes", asked why, he took his boot off and showed me where a 55 gal drum of oil (close to 400lbs) had come off a truck (the way to unload them back then was to roll the drum off the back of the semi onto a double stack of 4 old tires. If you do it right, no problem) bounced wrong and landed right on his foot. After that I always wore them at work no matter what job I had. I bought black ones so shined up, you really couldn't tell they were boots. Also whenever I flew I always wore boots cause shit happens. My last 2 seasons I have not worn steel toes.
