Plants won't flip

I remove leaves almost daily. Totally fine. Just don't go crazy. Also don't listen to bad advice about changing light cycles. Run 12/12 for flower. Don't change it.

Been running 12/12 for a few days, one of them flipped yesterday so it's looking good. Will stick to 12/12.
Thanks for the advice. It seems the plants are completely unaffected by pruning so I'll just keep doing it, keeping it light like you say.

Here are 2 images with exactly 72 hours in between. The one on the left just received a pretty brutal pruning, and recovered quickly.
I actually pruned the roots that same day. People told me it was bad for the plant but I just don't see it?
(I thought it was root bound)

Ya I wouldn't prune the roots unless transplanting in veg. And even then it just a light couple of cuts to get them stimulated. Only prune leaves if you NEED to. Like it's causing more shade on a lower.
Plants need leaves but there's a line where too many cause shade in tight spaces. Also leaves that overlap and touch can cause dew to form in between them which is also bad.
