Is this a sign of a hermie? Or just empty seed pods.

Hi all I have noticed approx 4 of these swollen pods at base of each branch of my auto. I have other plants in same tent so are worried that this will damage the crop.

i am on my first grow but what i learned is this. on my first grow i messed up big time and the big fan leaves are what helped me get through it without damaging my nugs! or sugar leaves! when i messed up my plant didnt have any fertilizer available for like a entire week so it started eating all the ferts in the big fan leaves which saved my arse! if i would not have had those big fan leaves were would it have gotten the ferts it needed? i almost chopped the big fan leaves off 2. but in my opinion if your not a pro grower leave the leaves on man!
 
You have pistils growing out of that whatever. I would hold off cutting it. Looks almost ready. Could that be a seed pod? Did you have a chance of pollination?

I don’t feel there was any chance of pollination as all fem autos unless one went hermie .. will find out once cut and dried I guess :)
 
The King of feminized, Arjan of Greenhouse, says out of 50,000 fem seeds you get 3 or 4 males. Since no one grows past f2 it is entirely possible.

I think you are right.
DISASTER! I feel the entire tent has pollinated some how. Should I just ditch them all and start again or am I panicking?

Those look like calyx’s not seed pods. If they have the hairs coming out of them they shouldn’t have seeds in them but it won’t hurt to take one off and check it to be sure. Your panicking. What’s it going to hurt if you get some seeds anyway unless this is all sales product. It will give you some seeds to play with at a later date and it will still produce some smoke for you so just let them finish. Then clean the entire tent before starting a new batch if you had any pollen in there. That’s my take anyway
