All you need from that set is the keyhole saw at the top left. The big hacksaw is for steel and the lower tight blades are for a reciprocating saw. Little pruning saw is no use to you either. That keyhole saw has pretty big teeth and meant for drywall but could do the job on plywood tho harder to make a tight circle with that.would this set be able to rip the boards and make a hole?

Hell you could punch out a circle with a 1/2" wood chisel and hammer. You surely have a hammer? Just punch thru to a piece of plywood under the one you're punching thru so you don't ruin the chisel in the first few blows.
no drill,You could drill a bunch of holes with a 1/4 bit, all the way around the circle you draw out. Then say "HIYAAA!" as you knock it the f out
If it's a flat blade screwdriver you could rub it on a sidewalk to put a bit of an edge on it then save buying a chisel. It's not like it has to be a perfect circle for what you want to do. A cheap screwdriver will probably bust when you pound on it tho so I'd go with a cheap wood chisel that's designed to take the blows. As far as I can see that would be your cheapest route to get where you want to go.no drill,
screwdriver, hammer, crescent wrench, allen wrench..
Could frame up some 1x1 and wrap it in Panda film, LED light for under that. Be a start, any grow is better than no growThis is what I'll be using for an enclosure,
this is my setup,
going to get square pots - cococoir, getting this locally might save on shipping.
Would deep water culturer be cheaper? I see on amazon they have a complete setup for like $30 USD, shown below, this way i wouldnt have to buy cococoir and pots and what not,
plan is to cut up the cabinet that I have and save the part outlined in blue.
Questions, - I'm not sure how I can cut the cabinet apart and cut a hole into it, I have no real tools. What tool could do both, rip the wood, and cut a hole? I was thinking of a jigsaw blade on a handle or something, I'm looking for something cheap, and something that will tackle both jobs.
Ventilation - IS there a better option versus a noisy inline fan? What about the xbox fans or the solder fume exhaust fan setup? These fans are quiet, and the latter has a carbon scrubber on it. NOTE* It must be connected to ducting, so I can route hot air out.
Lastly, but not least, does anyone have any idea of how much bud a 2' 4bulb t5 fluorescent light could yield please, and thankyou, for the advice!
going with the cabinet on page 1, likely going to cut it down to the cube size that the amazon box is occupying.Could frame up some 1x1 and wrap it in Panda film, LED light for under that. Be a start, any grow is better than no grow
