This came up on my medicare.gov site today
"Starting July 10, 2023 the "download my data” and "my health information” sections of Medicare.gov accounts will no longer be available.
The "my health information" section has information you entered into Medicare.gov, like emergency contacts and family medical history. Download and print or save your information elsewhere if you want to keep it.
You will still be able to save your claims, providers, plans, and preventive services information at any time by going to those sections of your account and printing the page or saving it as a PDF. We’ll launch a new way to get a report of your Medicare account data soon."

We were canoeing on a slow river and some kind of snake dropped onto my buddy up front. He freaked, jumped up, canoe tipped over, all the shit went in to the river which thankfully was only a couple of feet deep, pot got wet, coke got wet, BB got wet but it was funny as hell cause the snake landed on him not me!

My homework on her base recipe.
Works with most anything. The 20% Liquid Lecithin is the real kicker in this recipe so make the effort to order it online.
Fearn Liquid Lecithin has been my choice for a decade.
Decarb 240 F for 40 minutes
5 grams decarbed Hash or better
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon Liquid Lecithin
Heat 220 F for 20 minutes to infuse and encapsulate.
Fills 30 #0 capsules at 62mg of brain melting lecithin enhanced Oil. "Liposomal Encapsulation"
I turn 68 this year and a decade ago my Colon exploded and tried to kill me. The 3 rounds of Surgery that followed left me with a belly full of Adhesions that feels like a hand in my guts twisting and trying to yank a big handful of them out through my navel. Anything can set it off when i'm sober. Sneezing. Tying my shoes. It is usually a delayed pain and strikes 30 minutes after whatever I've done to piss it off happened.
Cannabis switches that off like turning off the lights. Halfway through the joint the pain fades and I'm better for 45 minutes. Edibles keep it switched off all day long. A full 24 hours and more most days. I take my medicine every morning and I'm blazed off my ass at LSD levels from 05:00 until about 10:00. The ride softens then but stays a nice steady state stone the rest of the day. Call it 80%. A few tokes will boot that fading edible in the ass HARD and I'm near shitfaced all over again.
Do I really need to dose as high as I do. Well not always but where is the fun in that? Most days I keep it short of the melting walls point. If the pain flairs, I'll start eating Hash capsules like candy and push all too close to the edge of the spins as I can.
Lecithin makes this all possible at intense levels. Lecithin in high ratio to oil doubles the horsepower. Triples the duration and prevents tolerance build all for few pennies per batch.

A Oz. was calld A Lid also
The measurement system was in fingers because we did not have scales,if we did theyere were balance ones. if you were caught with one you were in TROUBLE. Home tripple beam scales useuly came from A high scool.

I think I've got you on age, I'll be 84 when I pick my first bud this year. And I remember the old bags. They would try to fluff up a 3 finger bag to look like 4 fingers. Never did figure out where the term "lid" came from.
Some people say that the pot now isn't as good as it was in the 70's and 80's. Hate to break this to people, but part of what made the old weed so strong was the insecticides they were using in Mexico. Our weed is MUCH better today, and for the most part organic.

I got a whole pantry full of vine from the last three years and a fair size harvest, mostly hemp that I'll be playing with coming up soon. I don't intend to die until it's all gone. My point with the hemp is to finally find out if CBD really stops pain like pot. I will try mixing high THC stuff with the high CBD hemp to try to get a pain reliever that I don't have to be stoned all the time.
I know that marijuana pain salve, if made right, will stop pain almost instantly. Mine is only infused coconut oil with a tablespoon of DMSO per cup. You can get a lot fancier but it's still what does the work. I think THC stops the pain because that's what it does. It goes directly to the source of pain and attacks it there. CBD, on the other hand, I think reduces the pain by reducing inflammation. You need both to do the job right.
The thing is, I would like to be able to eat a few cookies and still be able to carry on an intelligent conversation. No one around here smokes anymore, but we do enjoy our edibles.
