Winds and storm down our way. The crazy stuff was over by the time I got my phone. Stuff was flying by and stuff from our yard flying out but I damn sure wasn't going out there to save it with those power lines whipping around. :o

I just wanted to share a few pics of my current grow. I only have 1 girl going at this point. I grow dwc and strain is blueberry by ethos. She is 6 ft tall and in my eyes is looking pretty. She is in 5th week of flower.

@DoubleAtotheRON good to see you brother. Have been wondering what happened to you. Thought maybe you got tired of messing with us county folks. Hope you are doing well brother. Wishing you and family happy and cool days.
Yeah, I've just gotten busy doing media for a family of Ford Dealerships for TV, and posting thier online used car inventory. Kinda of a side job in my retirement. I work about 25-30 hours a month, but the pay is good. Like $80 an hour. I just wrapped up shooting and editing this video for a company out of Arizona, Safe Haven Defense, that makes bullet proof window tint. This was at Wilshire Gun in OKC......

Hey guys I have a question that I am hoping you folks can help me with. I am an indoor grower. And I was wondering if it better to run my lights at full power and hang higher or is it better to lower lights and dial back the power. I know you get a better footprint with lights turned up but my canopy is pretty level. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Just in case it matters my lights are growers choice roi-e420 and an roi-e720. I wouldn't think light height would matter as long as you are at right par. But wanted to hear from people who may have more knowledge than me.

Lights at full power raised higher will give better penetration in to the canopy. You'll have to deal with higher temps from the fixtures and higher energy cost. Also, running at higher power will lower the time to failure of the fixture.

Lights at lower power and closer to canopy will not penetrate as well. Temps will be lower. Energy cost lower. Lifespan of fixture will be longer.
