Updated better pics of my first small outdoor grow..learning as i go' need help

Close to a month old
Been using distilled water until tap today
Recently transplanted to 2 gallon fabric pot and topped in the last week
Soil is an 2 inch layer of FFOF on bottom and the top filled with Mother Earth Groundswell
I've used Diatomaceous earth on the soil twice And Captain jacks Neem oil on the leaves twice
Watering every day n half or 2 since it got established in its new pot
Clipped off the dying single leafs at bottom b4 the topping
Used Recharge 2 days ago

What makes you think stem rot? And yea the stems have been purple for awhile..it gets alot of sun today's the first cloudy day but they've been in 85 to 90 degree weather most of the last few weeks
I think the white on the stem is from DE

You don't need a pH meter your soil has lime in it to buffer the water's ph.

I dont think there is nothing wrong with it. Cover that bit of root thats going green. Dont water right up near the stem now, keep about a inch back from it and it will be fine. All that peeling is from rapid growth, its just getting thicker fast. Your leaf problems look like a tiny bit of over feeding and probably just pests. Just pull of the damaged leaves and leave the rest. Get some bio guard/sheild product if youve not done this before and your a bit worried. You spray that all over you plant and it creates a biological sheild all around your plants to protect from pests and diseases.

Everything looking good! Outdoors you're bound to run into something but problems are minimal. One of the leafs have a leafminer and the brown deadish one looks to be from overwatering/over fertilizing. Nothing to worry about as long as it's corrected. Keep it up
Ok cool do you think I should clip those leaves? I got diatomaceous earth all over effected spots on the leaves

You’re thinking too much, clipping too much and watering too much. Stop trying so hard.
Why the distilled water? Unless your tap water is completely out of whack, it’s likely better for your plants. Water until runoff and wait until the pots are light before watering again. Watering every day is a big no-no. You’re either drowning them or not getting enough moisture to the bottom of the pots. Plants need a proper wet/dry cycle and I can guarantee this is one of your biggest issues. Same applies to feeding…less is more.
Last pic of leaf looks like one of 3 things.
1. Leaf Miner damage
2. Overwatering
3. Possible Mg deficiency
Just keep an eye and see what happens. Don’t overreact.

One of the biggest issue with new growers is “over-loving” their plants and fucking with them too much. Give it food, water, sun, a good environment, and itl do what it does.
