Why isn’t my plant growing?

I have been growing this plant for two months or more but it isn’t growing much and its stem is really thin , what am i doing wrong? should i add some kind of nutrients to it , if yes what kind of nutrients? because what i have bought every time i give it to plants , my plants die , already 4 plants have died and i don’t know what i am doing wrong . i don’t have the best equipment but i have growing lights , last year i grew a plant next to my window without growing lights and it grew really big within 3-4 months and suddenly died . but this plant isn’t growing any bigger , any tips?

its not getting enough light intensity and needs something to simulate wind to strengthen the stem.

what is the light source?

Put a fan on them it will help stengthen your stalk. You got to ease into your nutrient cycle start with like a 5% dose and add a little each week. Synthtics are all alkaline af so make sure your keepung you ph fairly stable.
I find the blurple lights really dont veg as well as they say get ya a t5 bulb they like $20

Yes it is very very tiny, my previous plants have grown twice the size in two months but this plant isn’t dying but it isn’t growing also.
i have some lights i bought like for growing plants but i don’t know much about them, they were the only option i had in my local area , and i do have a fan but it isn’t really blowing on the plant, i am worried if i put fan on it my plant will die , how much wind should be blowing on the plant?
and i feel like the soil i have also is bad because its really compressed, idk what kind of soil to get thats good for growing weed , and i have been watering this plant mostly with water sometimes i add smallest amount of nutrient, but about 4 weeks ago i repotted the plant in new soil and since then i only used water, and i read somewhere that it’s good to sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on top of the soil so i did that , and i also wanted to know what is the best kind of NPK ratio for my plant ?

Well what was the final result of your other plant?
There is plenty of resources online for growing plants. Dont research growing cannabis. Try researching basics of plant growth.
As for the fan just put it far enough away so ur plant just vibrates and moves a tiny bit.
That light is practically useless so unless u can get something that draws more wattage I would try to use whichever window that receives the most like. That’s why ur plant is lanky. Not enough light..
As for soil depends on what u have available. I like Fox Farm Ocean Forest but really almost any basic potting soil should be sufficient.
Your watering should be more consistent. As for feeding your soil should feed the plant and just top dress every few weeks. I would up-pot that and bury 50% of that stem.

Okay thanks for info very much , i used to grow all my plants in direct sunlight before i got lights , and this plant has only been growing in the lights not sun
i will try repotting it deeper in soil

Needs a whole lot more light. Those lights you have are something you’d put over little aloe plants or something like that. Weed needs a whole lot of light, that’s why we grow it in enclosed reflective spaces with lights that produce tens of thousands of lumens.

Thank uuu so very much , where can i buy lights for weed that don’t cost a whole bunch and are effective ?
