I looked up a couple recipes. They all rant about not overstuffing. Too loose is bad too lol. Sounds too much like golfAll but one ruptured......lol definitely too tight
I changed my technique for the grind and stuff. It came out much better than the last time but I gotta figure out how much pressure while filling.
I grew up in an almost all Irish and Italian neighborhood as a kid and people would host sausage making parties for the whole block. One guy had the grinder and another the casing machine and everyone would bring different meats and spices and the adults would drink large amounts of Schlitz beer and smoke lucky strikes like they were chimneys. Man the 60s and 70s were too much fun. Not healthy, but fun as hell.
