Pain management was depressing today. I was telling him about my appt. next week with a spine specialist and he said "don't let them fuse your SI joints, whatever you do".

He said the little relief I get from injections are all I can hope for. Not what you want to hear!!

Seems to me like they could go in and smooth out the arthritis by grinding the bones. They do with shoulders....But the doc said nope, it don't work like that.

I got 2 of these, had to return 1 as the ballast didn't work but got new 1 within just a couple days. Pretty good little light she's bright. Gonna use her as a veg light. That's what I am thinking....I've been using old blurples for vegging and I hate that purple light!!!

Man I'm getting frustrated with your doctors I don't know how you deal with it the wife said to tell you that she will be adding you to her prayer list hopefully that's okay :hump: :bigjoint::peace:

She gave up on metric for us after we mistakenly converted celsius to dollars or oz. , it's so confusing!
