My bosses shop has water and mud in the back corner of it. And water is still flowing around it. His driveway is an easy 15" lower in some spots. Looks like the grass held the ground together and you just stripped out the driveway :o

We got hit hard here in 2006, and then even harder in 2011, so we might be due. All it takes is for one storm to stall overhead and drop 6+ inches of rain.

In 2011 I had just had a hip replacement, and I had a beautiful rental house that a professor just moved into, with a newborn baby. The basement got filled so everything down there had to be replaced. Furnace, water heater, electric service, all wiring that got wet, and it was partly finished. They lost some stuff too...I had the tenants back in there in 15 days, complete with mold testing because they were worried with the newborn, and I think I had to give them 3 months free rent. They were kind of asses about it, but whatever. Not like I requested it!!

They actually just passed a law here that now tenants have to be notified of any previous flooding....Which is only fair!!

Apparently it's due to the physical location of The Big Rock from Greenwich, England. But I honestly think it's cause Newfoundlanders like to mess with those that "Come From Away".

Let's see ... if you wanted to sync up with Newfoundland, toke at 2:50 Eastern. They are 90 minutes ahead.

Call that your practice toke because even within the canna-verse, practice makes perfect. Then, by the time normal 4:20 arrives, your practice toke has waned and you are totally ready for the real 4:20 tokes that coincide with the other time zones as you move west. Would that work?

( Should I mention the potential bonus - the Atlantic Time Zone toke? )

Sooooo, i decided to check out one of our new legal shops. You would think you were trading gold, with the security...then they let you in the store

Here's my friendly salesman Shane, who tells me he is a grower himself...

So I tell him I want some flower. He starts telling me prices for !/8's, and quarters, etc...I say No, I want to look at the 84 gram bag, which is the most they can sell by law. They have none to look at but he assures me it is high quality big buds, and not smalls.

OK, I'll take one

Also bought one of these, and it's a defective cart, for $50...I bough so many of them from the sticker stores and never got a dud, and they were like $15. I'd love to try it...

Never trust those budtenders.
they are not your friends.
buy small and test it first.
Sampling is the way to go.
I have been to shops all over the country, if you need some guidance don’t hesitate to ask .
