OK, need ideas. I have these 10 regular bb hashplants I need to sex. They are about 1 month old. I don't need them sexed right away.
What's the easiest way to sex them, without impregnating my girls in week 3 of flower, and without using a lab?
I could put them in a spare bathroom with natural light only, which is around 12 hours now....Or I could take a clone from each and sex those, etc.

I do like @Rsawr suggested if I'm in a hurry. Take a sterile cutting and toss it in a cup of water under 12/12. I know a breeder that flips his veg room for 2-3 days and then goes back to 18/6. The pre flowers will show sex and they don't have to reveg. I haven't tried it as I veg for a long time and almost always can tell sex before flip.

I'm looking forward to a good weekend. Our son is coming home to help me out around the house and hopefully I'll be getting a new veg room setup in my daughter's old room. I have a 4x4 tent and all the gear I need so we just have to get some old furniture out and toss the mattress and box spring. Once that's done and everything has been cleaned I can run autos in there and keep clone mothers as well.

Yes. Get them under 12/12 for about 72 hours and you'll know.
That's how I sex when I need to. I find this is the simplest and least intrusive method.

I just have a bunch of other plants in the veg room.
I'm running out of closets I can use, lol...
I could put them in the closet with 2 large plants in their 3rd week of flower, if I am very careful...I like the cuttings idea too....But why not use the cloner instead of a cup of water? Or I could use a real small light on 12/12 in the spare bathroom, away from everything to be safer.
I'm coming up on 8 years, so I'll probably get there too. I'm a bit younger than you, so I have time to avoid movie theaters like the plague for a while yet. Sticky floors *shudder*
Does the cloner use power and make noise? Need stuff added to it? Cup of water just needs dumped out and refilled from the tap once or twice a week.
