Accidentally ordered this but it has the same ingredients as what i was trying to order

Anybody ever used this? Dealing with a bunch of new insects that look like Fungus Gnats now. Leaf hoppers disappeared but these black gnats keep landing on my leaves.

Will this help at all? Was trying to buy "Safer Insecticidal Soap"

It's essentially the same stuff.
Potassium Salts of Fatty Acids is the active ingredient in both.
