Ugh, well my sexing operation isn't going too well. I topped the 10 plants being sexed and it's been 8 days in the cloner on 12/12 but no signs of anything yet 
I probably should have cut lower branches instead of tops, for starters.
Oh well, I have lots of time and more seeds of need be. I can always start from scratch worse case. I have another 4 weeks before my tent is available! And I am getting itchy because everything in there is so frosty it almost looks like I have PM
I'm thinking it would be nice to have another tent so I could stager grows.
Wake and bake complete. Sounds of a lawnmower in the distance remind me I am being lazy!! My Honda needs a little maintenance!

As of yesterday no roots yet....My cuttings, the tops, all have hollow stems from feeding the plant potassium silicate (Armor Si).
Oh, I just checked and I have roots today!! Yeah....so maybe soon they will show sex. The plants were about 5-6 weeks old I think. At least 4

Yes, silica is amazing stuff. I only use it a few times in veg, but it doubles the size of stems and strengthens the plants.
Due to the improved strength of cell walls, plants will be able to uptake water and nutrients more efficiently than otherwise. This leads to healthier, more robust growth.
Silica is part of my IPM, along with Regalia and Venerate.
The hardier cell walls make it more difficult for pests and disease to take hold of your plant. Both on a macro level (the plant’s surface is tougher) and on a micro level (the cell walls are more difficult to penetrate). SIlica also aids in the antifungal immune response. If a fungal infection threatens the plant, it will transport silicon to the affected site, which will protect the plant.

That's cool. it's not even that expensive. I MIGHT be convinced to add something to my 3 part (including the water) nutrient solution. Hmmmmm. Might help the mutant momma be a bit more rigid. Just make sure it's the first thing you add to your water, still well, and make sure to adjust your pH as it jacks it way up.
Guarantee you will notice a difference.
