NO BUDS

What's good People?
Here's my issue. From left to right I have an eight foot Peanut Butter, four foot Fatso (barely seen) and almost nine foot Blue Mylk plant.
They'r all over 12 weeks old but the Peanut Butter and Blue Mylk have NO BUDS on them.
As you can see, they're healthy AF, but NO BUDS! I sent close ups of the stalks and don't think they're females, but I have no idea why they're not showing any signs of flowering.
What do you think?

If you're in the northern hemisphere they won't start flowering yet.
The plant in the second pic looks like a male and revegged.

I see some pre flowers on pic #3. Pic #2 already getting resinous.. Is that the short one hiding under the taller one? Its got flowers, kinda shaggy though. Are the bigger ones blocking it out?

Outside, summer months in NY. I’m thinking about 10 hours of darkness.

They’re outside and I’m in upstate NY, so I’m assuming they’re getting about 10 hrs of darkness.

Yes. That’s the Fatso in the middle being blocked. Funny enough, it’s the only one giving me some kind of action.

That's my location too, and mine are not flowering yet either. Few more weeks...
