LED Lights with bloom/flower switches

Hey there this is my first grow with some LED lights that were given to me . It has a bloom switch for red light and veg switch for red and led on board , heres my question ... do i keep the veg light on? I am one week into 12/12 and one of my 2 plants have just started showing pistils still a little early for the other one. Thanks in advance !

Run blue for veg, but, run both the red and blue light in flower, if you only run red, you're cutting your wattage in half.

Run both ON always .

Reason being , single color channels are running at lower power. You want to give plants everything you can squeeze out of led panel.

I run LEDs full power from seedling to harvest, never used a dimmer or a veg/flower switch.
