Omce I get the medium back to normal it’s completely fine from there on out. It’s only when adding new stuff from the bail at transplants does it start to suffer. Almost thinking I need to pre-wet the medium for a few weeks, but then I’m loosing out on that beneficial mychorrizae already in the soil. Guess I could just grab some off Amazon, and use it at transplant time.Hmm.....I'll add one more vote for a shit batch of Promix then.
I've run most of the big name peat mixes, Promix, Berger, Lambert, Sunshine and usually just dump about 1.2EC through them start to finish without any real issues.
