Best LED setup for a 10x10x8 ft tent?

So I'm not trying to blow 2-3K on grow lights but i want something that'll have powerful enough coverage for a 10x10 space in flower while still giving good PPFD to the top and lower canopy's. Does anybody here have suggestions that would meet this? The only thing I could find close to it is the Sonlipo SPF4000 Pro series but just get sketched by the lack of reviews and price.

Thanks so much!

100 sq ft for less than $3k? Used gear then.
100 sq ft @ 35w/sqft = 3,500 watts.

First grow? Overly ambitious IMO if it is.

That light doesn't look too bad, Samsung chips is a plus, unknown driver not so much. If I'm still up to date Meanwell is one of the very best.

anyway.....
3,500/400 = 8.75
So 8 of those lights would be $2,160 CAD

If you're set on using the full 100 sq ft space & can't/refuse to pay 2 or 3k, check out CMH they're much cheaper but run much hotter etc.

Good luck

Grow light science makes a great budget light with a 5yr warranty. I've heard the same of Volt, but no personal experience with their lights.

Meanwell is good, Inventronics is better/more reliable.

4 of these would do nicely, for $1,600 total!!!

. I have one and it's great, so far. Just finishing my 1st grow with it.

Know what type of Top bin LED's are in the Progrow1800 ? Cant seem to find.
Nice par map. Like the 660nm spike. Little low on blue...??

These look amazing for the price, would you say its a good 5x5 bloom coverage?
I think 4 of them would be adequate, but you could probably handle even a tad more juice. All depends what you're doing, etc. It's certainly a lot of bang for $400 (with the %5 coupon) and they have a 120 day return policy.

The warranty is not the greatest if you read the fine print, but it is 5 years.

They have a slightly bigger commercial unit but they only are taking orders in lots of 10 now. The Progro 2100,

Yep or there's nothing saying you have to use the entire space. Not sure if it's a tent.
Its more of a personal preference, If I see more space I can be utilizing for a higher yield or quality then Ill put time into figuring out how to make it work. But thank you guys, I'm moving out of an 8x4x6.5ft grow tent with 2x SPF4000 Sonlipo LED's but just don't trust them enough to really do flower properly.

Take a look at the par readings though, and i bought one of their HLG clones. It is OK, but it runs hotter than a pistol, unlike HLG products. It's not real suitable for a tent.
I'm very much like you. It hurt to pay what I paid for my X but it's the best light I've ever used and I've been doing this for a bit. I don't even remember now.

Just sounded as though the op thought there was a single led fixture that could cover that kind of space. A diy monster maybe, but $3k would be about the final price tag.
You are right though, he could do a single plant under a 400w board in the corner :)

I'm looking into the PROGROW 1800 right now from more helpful comments, it offers a 4x4 bloom coverage and has good reviews all around. At 420$ a piece I could do an 12x8 for 2520. Sure PhotonTek is the holy savior of lights but plenty of lights out there can grow nice bud at a fraction of that price tag.

What light are you talking about when you say "X"? Id guess a PhotonTek but I'm most likely wrong haha
