Why they dont show flowering time?

Hye dears
I have some plants in pots and they dont show flowering yet because the other plants show flowering perioud.what should i do?should i star flowering fertilizer for stimulate them?

You've left out so many details, there's not a way to give you an answer.
Are you growing them under a flowering light period?
Have all the plants been under the same light all at the same time?
Are they autoflowers or photoperiod? Clones? ???

They arent under light.they are outdorr plants and not clones
I think i have some problem like street light.i wanna know can i force them to flower with darkness?

They arent under light.they are outdorr plants and not clones

How many hrs or daylight are you getting a day?
How much flowering does your other plants show?
They are in pots so yea moving to total dark for 12 hrs a night will ensure flower.

Also starting flower fertilizer would be smart.
