Looking for advice on when to harvest. Don't want to cut too early.

Here is an update... What do you guys say?

I think I will stop torturing this plant and just cut it now. It's now a little over 2 weeks since my first post and idk if it helped to let them mature the extra 2 weeks... Maybe they are too damaged and it is what it is...

They faded a lot over the last two weeks and look a lot more like plants in fall which is a good sign I think...

I know theres still a lot of hair and yellow leaves (which got a lot more in the last two weeks) but I have taken your advice into account for my next grow and I try to manage the hair problem a little better... Maybe I will rearrange the grow area later so the plants don't come in contact with hair. Thanks for the advice!

But regarding the harvesting I'm lost. I don't know if it's worth putting in more and more time... I think about cutting soon maybe on the next weekend. Then it's 3 weeks from my first post asking for advice...

What do you guys think? Was it worth the electricity and time the last two weeks or did nothing change and I should cut ASAP? Or do you think it was worth waiting?

And again... It's not that I don't want to listen to ur advice but I think it's way easier to remove the hair when I'm harvesting. Same with the yellow sugar leaves. I kept the environment very dry to keep the buds from rotting.. And I think they feel very dry too.. is that a good sign or a bad one...? I think it's bad that they feel a little dry already... BUT I think they hardened up a little bit more!

I've dried the buds very slowly I've cut accidentely last time trimming the dead leaves and at first there was a heavy hay smell but now since drying very slow and curing them the hay smell started to go away and it's almost gone by now. Yay makes me a little happy and I'm not scared of hay smell anymore!

Thanks again for all the help last time! I would have cut the plant already sinsce I did not have any hope left but thanks to you guys I kept going!

You should figure out what went wrong for your next grow, you mentioned too much light but I'm not convinced. You wanna share with us your EC and pH measurements? Your feed, your runoff.
Looks like heat stress as well, you got leaves curling upwards but it could be a false positive given the state of your plants. What are your temps?

Look up “chop journal.” I had this happen but lost it all to rot and mold. The whole canopy was rotted inside out. You did better than me by opening up airflow through the canopy and making it to harvest. The dead leaves simply needed to not die in first place. Easier said than done. If you don’t make it, don’t feel bad, I am still feeling the sting from my last failed run.

So what exactly was the root cause of this problem does everyone think? Been growing for years, only issue I have had was mites but the cause was questionable soil but have switched to Dwc and no issues besides a small calcium deficiency

In my eyes my plants are not ready yet. I'm in the harvest window of the manufacteurer BUT as I've learned this doesn't mean anything...

When I look at my buds I don't see the calyxes swollen... Most of the pistils are not receeding and there are also some new white pistils coming... So based on that and the information I gathered over the last weeks I would say they are not ready to harvest yet...

I will attach pictures of my plants so you can take a look at them and tell me if they are ready or not and maybe you can estimate how long they still have to get ripe.

I think one of my plants (plant no. 3) is closer to harvest than the others because she doesn't really have a lot of white pistils anymore... but I think I don't see the calyx swollen... But I want to know what the experts have to say about my plants.

Here are some pictures of the buds (I had some nutritional problems and environmental problems due to a new setup so please don't judge the terrible leaf conditions. They recovered but the damaged leaves won't recover so they look fucked up):

The hair is ready for harvest. The plants not there yet.
