I've got it as well, and three weeks earlier than last year. We need to be vigilant and inspect every inch from here to harvest. Keep the hydrogen peroxide spray bottle and scissors handy. Maybe we can save most of it.
I also had mites, but the GrowSafe appears to have knocked them down enough to avoid spraying again until harvest.
The bud rot I see is botrytis, loves cool humid conditions and can start inside the flower where you don't see it right away. Look for brown spots or wilted brown leaves coming out of the buds. I just use the standard hydrogen peroxide solution you get at Walgreens, which I believe is 3%. Spray the rotten area, cut it out, bag and seal it up, then put it in the trash (not the compost or anywhere else on your property).
Cool, I use Flying Skull Nukem as part of my weekly PM but the shit is expensive. I did not have any powdery mildew last season but I did have to cut out a few buds from rot.
Use it straight. I've never had to deal with PM (knock on wood!) but I've read that spraying potassium bicarbonate solution will keep it at bay (makes the pH more alkaline). Don't confuse that with baking soda--which is sodium bicarbonate.

This is my last yr growing full season outdoor plants just not worth the effort anymore.Depo next yr. Glad I had Plan B this yr.
I think I may have to chop early or I'm going to lose everything. I found it in two of my main colas today. It's spreading fast. AHHHHH!!! I probably cut out what would be two ounces dried and cured.
For me, I would take a look at the weather and how bad the rot is. Those buds are looking pretty good…pistils starting to recede and the swell is happening. That being said, I would try to limp them a bit longer but you need to do what you feel is right. I suspect your lower buds aren’t as mature so you could look at doing a staged harvest by taking the most mature tops and let the lower stuff ripen.
Thanks Seawood. I'm going to have a scotch and try to settle down. I'll try to get another week, and will take the top buds first. I'll let the lowers go another week at least.
