A few yrs back I jacked my right arm up bad. Still not sure what even happened but i couldn’t throw a disc for about 6 months, right handed. Still to this day I can’t throw a forehand shot or a tomahawk for shit anymore.
During those 6 months while my right arm was MIA if i wanted to play with the boys, and we played like everyday, I had to throw with my left hand. I ended up with a better back hand left handed throw than one of my buddies’ regular drive. Lol.

I wish I would have kept the left hand shot going because like I said my forehand throw isn’t as good as it used to be.

Orthopedic surgery evaluation, you don't have to get treatment but always better to know what the problem is/was and what you might be facing in the future. Take care of yourself :hug:

Yeah, my goal is to improve my form and in turn my game with more precision work vs the strength work so I don't end up hurting myself. For the time being, I'm just having a ton of fun. Plus, my boys and my nephews will come out and do this. Those dorks couldn't care less about skating. Lol
