It's my first outdoor grow guirilla style.i have some in the woods and cornfields. They're doing quite well. I'd say they flowered mid to late July. Now the corn is going to be harvested in the next few weeks and I don't feel they've packed on much weight. What's your thoughts on how they're looking and what to expect. First 2 pics are today last 4 picks are from a week or so ago.

They don't crop dust here. And I wait a couple weeks to plant after they last spray. I know the farmers so I know when they treat and harvest them.

Awesome, but if you're in a no grow state, I'd be worried about the helicops. Those would stick out like a duck with two dicks. Also, if you're harvesting in a week, don't expect anything smokable. Those plants need 2 more months..

You got some nice big healthy plants there.... but,, He's not wrong. There is no color in your pistels yet, only half of your Calyxes are formed and not even started to swell. If you know when the farmers harvest I would wait until til the morning of to collect them. If you can let them go long enough your gonna have one hell of a harvest
Well it was a farm hand I talked to about the harvest so let's hope he is misinformed. I'll be def talking to the farmer about the harvest time. That and crossing my fingers for no early frosts.
I wasn't sure how they scted outside as upposed to indoors. Maybe finish with a flash lol.

Very nice, but they're not at the 1/2 way point and have been flowering for 6 weeks.
Farmhand may be correct for most strains, but not in this case.
How far from the equator are ya? The faster the light changes the more they will hurry
About 40 degrees North. Or an hour or 2 southish of Chicago

I'd build a large greenhouse right over them all, and move in til harvest. When the farmer comes knocking, tell him you have tenant rights and he better get a lawyer.

I once planted in a cornfield, and could never find the spot again. True story....Clones even. And it was with a buddy. Neither of us could find that damned spot. Farmer might have gotten a nice surprise!

I was having a couple beers and night fishing the a river in Kansas and ventured into the corn a little ways to take a piss. I somehow got lost for 10 minutes, I got to the road finally but man walking through corn at night without a flashlight is tough to say the least. My buddy would let his dogs loose after coon and once that coon got into the corn it was game over. They could chase all night and wouldn't get anything in the corn. They usually didn't get to the corn in time but sometimes when we were on the rivers edge real close to the corn they would bolt for the corn for safety.

If you really know the guy that will be running the combine well enough and he is cool they can work around it. They will be going after it in 2 or three weeks.

Yea I do t k owing the workers that well. I'd have to develop a better repertoire to feel them out. If worse comes to worse they will go to hash and keif.
They do corn mazes around here and even with a map it can get confusing quick.

How big is that corn field? Lol. I can imagine getting lost trying to find the pot plants. They do stick out like a sore thumb from up above. I bet the plane pilots are like laughing from up above. You’re kinda crazy and funny. Why not just grow in a tent? You did very well with them out there, so you do have talent.
Strain selection is way more important outdoors. Try and find generic they are typically harvested late August if your in the Midwest and have early onset winters.
The long thin leafs and branches suggest a sativa heavy strain and it is not uncommon for them to be harvested in November
