It's going to stretch in the next week or 2...I would personally wait a week and then ONLY remove bottom leaves and branches that won't amount to anything. You could start cleaning up the lowest stuff now.

Lets see a close up of those orange spots. Have you looked under the leaves real closely for bugs?

Nice looking plant....What is it?

And welcome to RIU :bigjoint:

I’ve personally never understood the fascination with lolipopping. It’s a plant and thereby requires photosynthesis in order to grow and flower. Removing the ‘solar’ panels of the plant when it’s about to start the flowering process inhibits it’s ability to add meaningful weight. Trim leaves off to maintain adequate airflow and prevent mildew, sure. For purely aesthetics, don’t get that part. You know your plant best, conditions, genetics etc.

Plants looks healthy. You can cleanup some of the under canopy to help with airflow. To borrow an old colloquialism “enough that you can see up her skirt” Other than that, keep truckin’

That's exactly what lollipopping is...."To borrow an old colloquialism “enough that you can see up her skirt”.

The visual I conjure when lollipoping comes up, is dudes who strip it down to nothing so their buds look phat on Insta. You’re right @manfredo I was wrong. Trimming underneath I always just considered pruning (for this old fart ;)

I'm not sure what the spots on the leaves are, but I don't think anything to worry about. They look healthy!
