It's a overnight art installations all over the city. Most of them use lights. Nuit Blanche translate to sleepless night. We hit up a few the landed at a martini bar. I had a orange martini where the pulp was frozen in nitrogen then added to the drink. It was pretty good for a $20 martini lol.
ngl that sounds like an orange dippin dottini, and I would try it.
