They are not drinking so they are dry.You say the pots are saturated, but this looks like the result of letting a plant get wayyyy to dry.
Im no expert in diagnosis tho so just my $.02
Yeah it just doesn't look like the typical lockout, to me anyways.They are not drinking so they are dry.
Oversatarated soil can suffocate the roots and they can't uptake water.
Ph shock can cause lock out.
Nute burn can cause lock out.
A heavy flush can extra air circulation to dry out the pot is about all that can be done this late.
I think your organic soil is to dense and to rich
Cut it with a bit of aeration on your next grow.
25-50% perlite is the cheap route.
