When to start flushing?

I
Sounds good. I’ll continue my nutrient schedule until the end. My other concern is the nighttime temperatures are going to get close to freezing in the next couple weeks. Will that cause any issues or will they have to be harvested early?
I wouldn't unless you want all those nutes smoking in your joints lol

Flushing cannabis removes leftover nutrient buildup from the roots and soil of your plants giving them a fresh start. Flushing effectively allows your plants to absorb any nutrients that are still in the soil by flushing your cannabis plants before harvest you can avoid a harsh and unsatisfying end product .
That's flushing the medium, not cannabis. Furthermore, cannabis has been growing outdoors for tens of thousands of years without needing to be "flushed"

This pretty much sums it up https://www.rxgreentechnologies.com/rxgt_trials/flushing-trial/

The only reason to flush is to clear out the soil from salt buildup from lots of nutes over time. It has NO EFFECT on the flavor or smoke, tests have been done to prove this. This is just one of those tests:

If you do not flush your plants you'll end up harvesting flower with residual salts within it that will contribute to a harsher smoke and you won't get the true taste and aroma of your flower even if you dry and cure your buds properly .

So you're one of those that ignore facts and science?

well considering a well fed plant can survive over 3weeks in plain water (when i did dwc) all the flushes people ever did didnt do much, you just destroyed your soil for the next grow.
if you want to do something special do some molasses at the end it will feed the bacteria, they will grow and produce more food allsoo the sugars from molasses will give your plant some nice taste

Flushing has its "uses"

The most common of which, IMO, is the acceleration or onset of "fade", causing the leaves to break out in Fall colors. Flushing can beneficially affect bag appeal in this way.

Flushing DOES NOT add potency or resins they stress, DOES NOT fatten your buds, DOES NOT magically cause the plant to start using stored nutrients (that's done same as your body, thru starvation, which is no bueno) and DOES NOT need to be done at all.

I flush my rockwool cubes every 1 to 2 weeks to ensure my medium isn't causing nutritional or PH imbalances.

If you have a study that supports your position, by all means share. I'm always down to learn.

This is hilarious. Flushing is for nutrient lockout or ph issues. And toilets too.

Are you gonna starve your dog 2 weeks before it dies? Didnt think so.... you dont need to flush at harvest. Its broscience bullshit.
