Too much nutirtion ?

Hey guys , so i'm using general hydroponics to feed my flowers in coco. I'm also using terpinator which is apparently a terp booster and bud booster which somehow increase yield and flovour apparently. Can anyone tell , by feeding them all this, is it too much nutrition ? I wouldn't know where to start looking, but someone mentioned something about potash and phosphate which all these products have . Anyone chime in ? Thanks . I mention it because odd leaves have some yellow spots . Pics all attached

That is just tip burn. Feeding a little too much. Should outgrow it, but the damage is done. You live you learn. Should still perform well as long as you stay on top of the situation.

That's definitely not too much, and I'd also advise to get some Cal-Mag on hand since you're growing in coco.

Look up the GH feed chart, stick with the "medium" level feed and use slightly less of what the Terpinator and Big Bud say to use

Piece of advice: i used Terpinator on a few grows and I even tried the Purpinator on plants known to turn purple. . .. neither Terpinator nor Purpinator seemed to add anything to my grows. I would say to ditch that and the Big Bud, get yourself some CaliMagic in case the coco robs your plants of magnesium, and some liquid KoolBloom for when your plants start flowering.

So I forgot to mention I do actually use Cal mag as well . So you're saying never just give the plant plain ph water ? I've never heard of that
Coco grows should NEVER get plain water, always a diluted fertigation to run-off.

However, let's say you get some fungus gnats or something; I've found that watering with hydrogen peroxide mixed with water about 4:1 dilution will wipe them out in 1 or 2 waterings. Besides that, and, if you elect to do a final flush, your coco should never be given water without food in it

Dunno who Lucas is, but i bet he or she doesn't work for General Hydroponics

It has lower N than the Micro, and higher K . Keep it in the regimen, trust me

I would just use the trio until you figure out when/if your plants are asking for anything else. Reading what Lucas and h3ad did is good reading and I agree with a lot of the theories. My personal theory is relying on urea as your main source of nitrogen with 6/9 during flower seems to take a little something away from the end product and is probably why he was always tinkering. Keeping the grow in the mix adds the nitrate which for whatever reason seems to lead to better nugs

Lucas was the guy who originated the idea of dropping the Grow and just using Micro and Bloom. His formula was also modified by Grateful H3ead for coco. Ive done both and they can work but it often leads to overfeeding in order to get the nitro up. So yeah I agree with you, its better to use the grow.

How do you guys explain flora nova bloom, and Maxibloom?

Same as Lucas formula.
Flora Nova, IMO, is GH's response to Fox Farm trio. .. the Grow and Bloom are chunky the way FF Big Bloom is. And, for me personally I like the overall NPK values of the Nova series better, part of why i switched. That, and two less bottles

NOT the same as Lucas formula, because nothing is omitted. That Lucas guy was just trying to make things easier, with no account to how the formula actually works as a whole. Sure Lucas formula "works", but is it optimal? My opinion, no.

Cant comment on flora nova. As far as Maxi is concerned, no diff. Overfeeding to get nitro up. Plenty of people try maxibloom KISS and get nitrogen issues, or burn their plants. Just as many as those who have flawless runs with it. Maxigrow in veg works much better ime. Ive never understood why they insist on maxibloom solo. Or why they use weight in grams (5g per gallon) to dose when most vegging plants (and a lot of flowering plants) dont need anywhere near the ec that 5g gives.

Manny there is no urea in any of those GH bottles. Head's formula of using micro and bloom was to drop the amount of K in coco, the extra K that the grow bottle gives. You can use maxi gro and maxi bloom together to get the same NPK ratios (close enough) as you can get with the liquid bottles.

My vision sucks so I could definitely be seeing this wrong

Hardwater formula brings it down but definitely urea nitrogen in my regular micro
