Sac, node or calyx ?

Is it a mutant node growing out of a node or a sac? Is it a calyx? I really do not know. Using this thread just for this in case it happens again. Never had sacs before so idk. Spotted it 3 days ago so it is growing very slow and white.

Yeah, it looks like it has a leaf growing out of it like a node, no pistol. It has pistols everywhere, it is almost 2 weeks in flower but this just showed up 3 days ago looking weird.

I'd personally just wait to confirm, but if it's herming, you'll want to figure out if you're stressing it somehow.

Second auto that I topped early which idk if it is just me but I feel like it triggers mutations or stress. Trying to do 4 cola training which requires pruning once like now, then once or twice on side growth later.

Last time the stem faciated and leafs mutated. It grew successfully though in this 1x1 box, just for fun.

This is the same structure I am shooting for. This one grew one nanner but that is it. It mutated when topped at 2nd node so I topped again but if space doesnt forbid, Id leave it because my other plant I let faciate longer before topping grew vigourously like they said without poly ploid buds.

I’ve had great success with lst in autos. I have topped a few, but I think lst is a better, more productive route most of the time. Here are a couple examples from a grow I’m wrapping up as an example. This is taken at day 76 or so. Lst only here. IMG_2565.jpeg

Honestly, and no offense intended, I’d be looking to do things differently than you did with the pictured plant. As you’ve noted, she doesn’t look too healthy but you can also train the plant to be even more productive than that one looks. Autos require pretty regular attention, especially during the training phase. Good luck.

It is a 1’x1’ box so 4 colas are about what can fit in there before air flow starts getting restricted and RH will rise and possibly end up not being controllable. Happened in a 2x2 which is 4x bigger. It all molded so I am starting with 4 colas and some day will try to add one cola at a time.

But this ended up working out, I chopped that plant and it is almost done drying.

yeah i didn’t mean any offense either i was just saying from the looks of the one plant in the later picture that if it was only one nanner that was pretty good considering that it looked like it was having some issues

y'all can chill because that's not even a nanner that's balls. the plant is in great health, but it's a HERM. if you want to think about next time, think about going to a reputable breeder and not some scumsucker who will gaslight you on the forums after selling you untested genetics / herms.

Yall are fine, no offense taken it is a expiremental grow which actually gave me something in return so I am just winging it and repeating what worked and building on top of that. I hate the idea of mold in my final product undetected or outright spoiled and trashed so I just am rollin with it.

I did read yet even further that this strain is known to herm and to just pluck it and keep eye out like you would with nanners. If it continues then I hate to say it but it could need to be pulled before yielding anything or too early in general. I guess will see.
