Noticed the leaves turning black after a few week. Is this a disease?

The black part is senescence, think of Fall colors on tree leaves

It maybe used to be easier to determine a strain by that color, but nowadays shit, that could very well be Green Cookies lol

It was way darker than yours, completely black.. Wish I still had it..

Saying that the flower itself also has purp it's likely the genetics. Although I would have to say the leaf tips also yellowing could be a nutrient thing. Have you started flushing it yet? Looks like your close to finishing. Either way they'll probably stay like that. Overall plant looks great though. I wouldn't worry about it to much, just keep pushin, almost there.

Flushing is pointless unless you have a lockout/salt issue going on.. flushing at harvest does NOTHING for a plant, doesnt "rid the plant of nutrients" or make "smoother smoke" its all bro science....

strong dark color is genetics mixed with high nitrogen feed. yellow is nute burn if it started at the top or nute deficency if it started at the bottom

Well if your aims to fade your plants then its not entirely pointless if you can get soil temps below 15 c your locking some nutes out just like what happens in nature/autumn so you will encourage the fade effect might not flush anything out but it can serve a purpose still.

I dont flush. Still get a fade too.
I lower night time temps, thats it.

I still stand by flushing does nothing unless you have ph/salt issues.
