You may be right, but I have posted pictures to see if that's what you're referring to.Looks like calyxes that didn’t get exposed to light, so the chlorophyll didn’t developed and they stayed yellow. Just like new growth is light for a few days until the chlorophyll develops. Looks pretty normal to me.
Regardless of the cause, it doesn't seem to have caused any issues. I wouldn't stress over it.You may be right, but I have posted pictures to see if that's what you're referring to.
I've been running this strain for 1.5 years. The clones are from new moms that are produced at the beginning of every run. The moms were healthy. Before Harvest I spotted some seed pods. Its really hard to tell what happened after the weed has dried.. Got any pictures before harvest?
The only thing I can think of is Rodelization and you're seeing very immature seeds..
How long have you been running these clones
Not that it has caused an issue, but I need to understand what caused this to prevent it from happening again.Regardless of the cause, it doesn't seem to have caused any issues. I wouldn't stress over it.
At this point I’m not sure anything “happened”. You never saw any nanners or flowers, and you didn’t get any seeds. If they were truly underdeveloped but fertilized calyxes then when you squeeze them you’ll get a “pop” and some kind of liquid. Plus, that deep in the bud, had they been fertilized the seeds would of been more developed. Not that it has caused an issue, but I need to understand what caused this to prevent it from happening again.
Yeah, def a weird situation with no understanding. I'm trying to understand what I could've done to make prevent this and what caused it. I didn't know what nanners are until now so I can't tell if they existed or not. However, the way it looks is calyx with a pistil coming out of it at the bottom of my nugs. Logically, seems like thats where the balls would form if it hermied. At this point I’m not sure anything “happened”. You never saw any nanners or flowers, and you didn’t get any seeds. I wish it was 1 or 2! My entire batch had pods in it everywhere. What you see in the picture is what everything looked in the bags.not to worry - one can find a seed pod or two once in a while--- look at it as a gift - the seeds are usually female -- plant it !!
I'm learning so much! I didn't know this was possible, but that would explain a lot as well.Sounds like aborted seeds (ovules) and some strains that are even hard to reverse with chemicals can even produce em if stressed to hell like the cheese for example never seen it herm but in a few rough grows done by others ive seen it produce the tiny immature aborted seeds maybe find out whats stressing em out its obviously genetic to a point too but i bet stress of some kind triggers it more
Google ovules it will explain moreI'm learning so much! I didn't know this was possible, but that would explain a lot as well.
I have not, but I should check that out. Recommend any equipment for this?Have you done an elemental calculation on what your Phosphorous level is?
Seen this tracked back to high Phosphorous levels on a thread at icmag long ago.
with Overdrive and Kushie Kush that is a lot of extra P.
It accumulates highest in the ovule.
Yeah, I'm hoping that didn't happen, but I do know a few contributing factors that could've caused my wild mutation lol.here:
What is rhodelization?
Rhodelization is a natural process that happens to cannabis in the wild. When a female plant in nature is stressed, goes unharvested, or is dying of old age, she will “self-pollinate” by producing her own pollen sacs
this also happens in non-wild situations too, that if it actually happened.....your pics don't show it or that i can see.....
eh there is nothing wrong with it, it's a natural accurance within the plant itself.....it will happen on a rare occasion, i do a lot of my stuff outside and in soil so i might be able to help u with the rest.....just pull a seed off to the side if you have them and plant them....enjoy the smoke, i know i doYeah, I'm hoping that didn't happen, but I do know a few contributing factors that could've caused my wild mutation lol.
Inconsistent cold temperatures, super high light intensity and CO2 too late into flower.
When do you guys typically lower your PPM, co2, and light intensity?
