How would I tell if they are autos or not

If they are autos they will start to flower when their roots fill the pot under 16 or more hrs of light. Photo need a dark time as long or longer than light time to start the hormones that make it flower.

You can liken seeds to children. Even with the same genetic possibilities almost no two will be the same. Similar yes, but almost never identical. The closest to that situation would be a stable inbred line. Which are out there, they're just rather closely guarded.

Some rare lines show early, most will show sex by week 7, and if they're autos it should be evident at that time
