I got this from the video "Stoned Free Guide to Growing Cannabis."
It has worked well for me other than I could not get perlite at the time so I took the building sand and perlite portions added together and used hydro structure for them instead.

60% potting soil
10% building sand
15% perlite
10% worm castings
5% organic premix

All from home depot except perlite because its cheaper at meijers.

Potting soil ...........40%.
Top soil................20%.
Perlite..................30%
Masons sand.........10%.

Ecellent drainage from the perlite & sand, lotsa natural nutes from the top soil, you'll find no better mix even with fox farms high priced soils & it ends up costing around $2 every 40lbs of mix.

Babies can't handle a lot of nutrients (natural or not).
Ok,i think you've misread something in my post or are thinking about something else because the nutrients were talkin about here are contained within the top soil.

There is nothing toxic, harmfull or anything that can be related to unhealthy or slowed growth from 100% organic top soil,on the contrary, the top soil contains everything a young plant needs to thrive happily.

Correct me if i am wrong here.
