What i am doing wrong ? Germinating problem

I got problems germinating my seeds.
I'm germinating them directly in rockwool cubes. I always have 100% germinating ratio but after the seeds come out my plants don't grow anymore. They stay there but don't grow or at least grow very very very slowly. After 3 days seeds come out i still cannot see first set of small leaves. Seems like they freeze and don't grow anymore.
My temperature is 75F and my humidity is around 40%.
I use an MH 250W around 2 feet far from my seeds.

Please help me !!!

its a slow process

i just stuck a purp seed in some potting soil and it took one and a half weeks for it to stick out the top, the seed is still attached and no leaves are yet visible

it takes time, and i know waiting sucks

Trial and error my friend, what does work for some might not work as well for others, id suggest patience as a solution give it a week at post again.

humidity...germination requires water...easiest method i've found is throwing them in a shot glass full of water until they crack open then putting them in the starting medium, or the paper towel in a ziplock bag method works too...get that little tap root starting to come out before putting it into your medium and you'll see growth MUCH quicker than trying to germinate directly in your starting medium, especially with humidity that low. Get a dome or make your own with plastic wrap or something, keep that humidity jacked right up to start seeds :)

When I germ in RW, I put it in a sealed, clear container, much like a dome. I keep the cubes moist but not soaked and 100% humidity. Works for me anyways.
Also, tmbt, I had the same issue about a year ago and it ended up being that I was keeping the cube too wet and not sealing it in a dome. After changing to my current method, 100% germ every time.

Personally, I prefer to germinate in distilled water. However, as long as sufficient moisture reaches the seed(s), your methods should be fine. Rockwool tends to dry similarly to soil; this is often undesirable for germination, as constant moisture is required.

But I digress. In your case, it might even be the seed. Not all seeds are created equal. Monitor your seedling and keep us posted.
