Hi. You need let them rest in the dark around 4 hours. Make sure you let fresh air come in the room too I had that happen on my first try. Almost killed my plants. In a week they will get healthy again.I have my female plants under light 24 hrs now they are all drying up, what I am doing wrong?
Working on some 15 week ones. Had a round of failures. Round 2 has less droop... Crossing my fingers.Bumping this thread again...anyone had luck taking cuts and revegging a plant from late flower? I've got a dogwalker skunk cross that I really dig and it's outside in the ground, almost finished. Would love some insight!View attachment 5212942View attachment 5212943
Take multiple cuts and hope for the best. It's hit and miss that late into flower. I'd try and take cuts with more than one bud site. Don't try to clone the larger buds but don't take the scrawniest ones either.Bumping this thread again...anyone had luck taking cuts and revegging a plant from late flower? Of coarse it can be done. Its just harder to do the deeper into flower you are. Mold is going to be the biggest problem. Clones need high humidity but that's an issue with all that bud biomass. It'll also generally take longer to root, so it's definitely harder to do than taking a reg cutting off a vegging mother, but it can be done. Hope it's a pheno worth keeping...Thx for the insight, will try to see if I can get it to do something. Another grower friend said it can't be done but I'm gonna give it a shot anyway, for shits and giggles at the least. The season's been nice to us out here in PNW this year. Extended dry weather's helping to finish these babies...clean on the outside, cream on the inside
SupercroppingYes, and some people believe it is actually better than veg cuttings. Purportedly, once the clone roots, it will grow like crazy. Also, if the plant has been getting low N and high P, it will help form roots faster. There is a name for this method but it escapes me at the moment. Megacloning or something, can anybody remember?
Monstercropping, actually. Supercropping is just a method of training plants to limit height and expose more bud sites to light.Supercropping
