I would appreciate some guidance

I'm not sure if this is a nitrogen deficiency or a lockout situation. I foliar fed a few days ago and got some very light burning. I sprayed heavily but the mix/ratio was recommended. If anything a little weaker than recommended.

I run a top feed drain to the reservoir hydro setup. EC is 2.1 when a fresh batch is mixed. I add water as they drink and this naturally dilutes the nutrient solution. Once it hits about 1.2 EC, I will add back to bring it to 2.0-ish

Chilled water to 65 degrees, lights are 65% at 18-24" above. Controlled and sealed room. 80 degrees with 70% RH, 1000PPM CO2

THOUGHTS?

try this pic. Everything went from nice green to almost a lime color in about 48 hours. Obviously these are the worst looking of the whole grow.
