So I have found out coco is best to keep wet but I am unable to do this for (long reasons) so I can only water every 48h I feed 4L and get 20-30% runoff and my ec has gone up to 4.0 so my question is can I flush with ph water and and then add nutrients arfter flush to reduce the salt build up?

i am a new grower and learning as I go along

I would avoid flushing plants in coco with just water I would dilute the ferts to 1/4 strength then then flush if you want. I do not agree with flushing any plant, With salt based ferts just reduce the ppm of the ferts with good run off it will fix itself.

So just try give less nutes? Also I have no problems everything looks nice and healthy but would just like to bring my ec and ppm down would be great

If you can only water/feed every 48 hrs..........consider either an automatic feed or soil.
Yh I just bought a feed system most my knowledge on coco has come from a link I think you sent so I have been treating coco like soil for a year and abit now‍♀ I was thinking why was I only pulling 2-3oz pp I’m just trying to make it through this run now

I’m sure people with more knowledgeable on coco will chime in but from my understanding coco really needs 1-2 feeds per day. Coco when left untreated for more than a day at a time will hold on to those feeds and if not replenished become acidic or unbalanced over time. It’s an inert medium to start with.

I’m only able to water ever 48h I’m too far in to give up and can’t water every day so do you think I could flush with 2L plain water and 2L with nutes that will cut by half?

Unless your plain water's EC is about .25-.3 plain water flushing will mess up your Coco's CEC. You need a low osmolar solution to flush with to remove the retained salts.

1 x daily is bare minimum for coco
Two and even 3 times daily are better
I am currently feeding 2x daily- coco/perlite mixture- 2 gallon pots this time as I wanted to get rid of them- I usually grow in 3 gallon

You need auto water system even blumats work well to hold plants over until you can give good watering. Also coco hempy bucket can go 2 days no water but depends on growth of plant.

I switched from coco back to peat based mix & couldn't be happier.
