IMHO you are really restricting your air flow with the 180 deg bend in pic #1.

I'm sure, but im not too worried about it being a 2x2 tent with small plants. The fan just stays on low to keep any odor from escaping. I'll probably adjust it a bit when I clean up the mom tent.

I count two 180 degree bends in the first 6ish feet = not good, a huge loss of efficiency. Try straightening that out & use ridged tube versus the flexible if at all possible.

GWN really really hates efficient air flow!

In my old system I had the same siphon issue. I had to do the same thing as you did.

I am going to plumb up my larger pump as well once I get an additional union fitting. I want to make it so they can be swapped should I have a failure. Should be able to tell pretty quickly if the pump changes the siphon issue. It may just be a few days before it happens.

I was using this pump. My manifolds were way below the water line and I didn't have a bleed valve.

Thats the same pump @shnkrmn (i think its him) is running but his is a vivosun. Sooo, I don't think it's a pump issue.

Yeah, I got that pump from LGs design. Cheap and powerful and the intake from the bottom really drains the res.
