Drop that Sound.....you're one of my favorite members ! I really like this tune, so different, not the usual stuff. Glad you liked it ! It makes me want to walk down a dusty road , in a classic old western town, with my black cowboy hat and strapped with a six shooter !
Ain't that so different from what we hear everyday. I can't " put my finger on it "......but I really like it . So simple , yet it invokes some primal instincts. A real change of pace !

Stumbled onto a Allman Bro's concert from Fillmore East, that is _not_ the one that you're used to hearing. This is the _first_ show in 71. Usually, I post Owsley's recording from a year before, because it is so pristine and the bros are getting used to jamming, because they're just getting started. But this is a year later and they're hitting their fucking groove, the night before the recording you've heard. I use to debate with Owsley in a.d.p (alt.drugs.psychedelics)who improvised more, the Grateful Dead or the Allman Bros:

This is me.

An Austrian, Peruvian, Costa Riqueño, black and white north americans... best of jazz fusion.
For a bass lover like me, Jaco Pastorius was the man. Personally, Barry Oakley, Jack Casady, and Jack Bruce were the best bassists of their era (Jaco used to say he was the best bass player who ever lived ), but he and Weather Report were awesome.

Jazz fusion, Blues fusion, Rock fusion... as long as we all get together and make great sounds, that's what matters!!

Welcome to the craziness of RIU! I have a feeling you're going to do fine here.

WR was for me basically Jaco years, till months ago, when I got a copy of Elegant People, a history of Weather Report, and could dive deep into the band history, listening to the discography from first to last. But Joni Mitchell's Hejira is different from everything u may hear. Electric fretless bass guitar was created by Jaco, he's not humble but the second mostly iconic jazz musician (Miles first for me), then hacked his instrument, just like Zawinul did...

Two huge pleasures: read about music and grow weed.

Amazing threads about organics here. Different types of grows and experiences. I've seen other forums, looks like everybody just bought a growing kit, but here we have a shot of old schools days of indoor growing!

Hope to share flowers pics asap!!
