I'm heading back in the wrong direction. XXL shirts that were getting nice and loose on me are now getting snug again. I refuse to go anywhere near the scale to see just how bad the damage is. 229 looked/felt so goddamn much better than 305. Somehow managed to fuck up my left foot, quite likely while doing pushups, which is just fucking hilarious. Now my foot just won't quite go back to normal so I can't really do my walking routine. Used to do 10+ miles a day like nothing. Now a lot of days I'm half hobbling just walking to the bathroom. One doesn't seem to appreciate just how fucking great momentum can be until it's completely lost.
