Two years ago, I ran out of weed - so I grew more the next year.
Oops... went a bit too far. This is last years crop and it's headed to the compost heap.
All that trimming for nothing.

Thought about making hash or RSO, but I'm old-school and like smoking/vaping dry flower.
And I'm not really into edibles.
I already give away more cannabis than I use, and my friends are fully stocked from this years crop.
Nobody wants old weed, even though it still smells decent and looks good under magnification.
This has been a learning experience for sure.

That's my pop's problem. He grows multiple monsters a year. All for himself and mom. He gives away a lot more then he consumes. Every time I tall him to cool it and only pop one at a time. Each time he does at least 3

Make dry sift its pretty easy and if your lazy you can buy a small tumbler to do the work for you like pollenextractor or something look up frenchy cannoli on here or on YouTube the guy got a good method using a wine bottle full of hot water to press the kief into hash as well as decarb it thats the difference between hash and pressed kief is just that and hash is pressed/decarbed honestly it beats throwing it out and wasting decent stuff i can link you a site that sells those tumblers cheap enough Imo dry sift beats bubble or ice hash and the like made right

Agreed man its the way to go ive smoked some nice bubble in my time but it dont beat well made dry sift its just so tasty and superiorDry sift it's a treat to smoke, par excellence, it's concentrated bud flavour

This is why I do only one grow of two plants a year. For my purposes/gifting it's plenty. the rest is just wasted space, effort, physical resources and $$$.
