When to soon to trim?

Just wondering what would be considered to early to trim in flower? 7 days of 12/12, almost to the second screen but have a bit of moisture in between the leaves and a lot of leaves covering bud sites so was wondering if I can trim now or is it best to ride it and wait until day 21? I normally schwaz at day 21 but this lot seems extra bushy

I defoliate whenever I feel they need it, I never stick to any particular timeline.

There are no set rules on when to thin plants.. Do it when they need it..

7 days into flower is the perfect time to do a very hard defol and lollipop. You want to defol so the light is hitting the pots and strip off under the second or third node from the top. And chop off any branches that didn't make it to canopy level.

If you have a healthy plant and a well established root system a big defol and lollipop will benefit your harvest ten fold

How does this look? Not enough, too much or just right? Have only done 2 plants so far.
