I did a crop in Miracle Grow many years ago too ... needed medium, called a buddy and that was all he had on hand ... so we have both been frauds.

They are on a drip. The tops disperse the water evenly over the top of the media. Check out the floraflex irrigation and drip systems if you are considering automation in the future. The parts and pieces are good quality, inexpensive, and look good to boot.

I've used mg in a pinch. I e used Walmart brand as well for a greenhouse grow. Couldn't afford a ton of promix. They did fine.

Had quite the light show last night. A line of thunderstorms rolled through about 6:30ish. It was mostly cloud to cloud but there were a couple strikes nearby that made the crack sound before the thunder, you know it's close then. The drain for the patio gutter needs cleaned out, there was a waterfall coming over the edge when it was dumping on us. It's not common for us to get storms like that in the fall.
Son is taking the truck in to get smogged today, it should do fine.

Last electrical storm here, I drove to the top of a mountain with my gf. There was another couple up there, watching the lightning. We were shootin the shit, just talking, then all the hair on our bodies stood up, and at the same time the lightning struck so close that you could feel it in your chest. Suffice to say, we all got back into our cars at that point, lol

I saw a tree get struck in Miss. when I was going over the back bay bridge. I'm glad I wasn't any earlier because I drove right past the smoking tree right next to the road on my route home.

What @TCH said lol. They'll be hooked up to the manifold in the corner shortly. They just came out of the cloner last night so I'll give them a couple days to spread their roots.

Truck passed smog, they don't even sniff the exhaust anymore, just look at the computer to the tune of $52. Oh well, don't have to do it next year.
