... What's the blue cheese taste like? ...
When cured, they smell a little like fresh blueberries in the little green basket. But to be honest ... I don't think I have that ability to taste any distinct flavours in the smoke. I just taste the smoke.

Scotch is the same - I am supposed to taste notes of pineapple or hints of citrus or a modicum of oak & sherry - but I don't find any of those. I just taste, as John Oliver described it, "a house fire" gliding down my throat.

So the Blue Cheese tastes like good strong smoke. But I do love the buzz ...

That's what I thought because of name, cheese smell or taste but I hear good things about affects.
There are so many cheese crosses now but I don't see as many cheese grows as there used to be. 10 or 12 years ago everyone was growing diesel or cheese crosses. Breeders have definitely had a big impact in the last decade. Not.growing for a lot of that time, It was striking how fashions had changed. I don't see LA Confidential or Headband now, for example, but a lot of runtz and gelato and stuff like that.

The Blue Cheese in them thar jars are Barney's beans from back in 2018. Those were crosses of U.K. Cheese and Blueberry. I popped one of those BC beans in March of 2020 and have been rolling that seed for pushing 4 years now.

I believe that Barney's Blue Cheese of today is a cross of Exodus Cheese and Blueberry,

Breeders are selling the sizzle instead of the steak.

I know what you mean that and zkittles which I heard wasn't that great but probably strain. Never had runtz either it's ridiculous now so many is crazy I wanted to try sherbinsky acai jelly but I grow outdoors and that one needs some extra love to not hermie or stress made for indoors would think best.

My avatar is Strawberry Cheesecake, it was the prettiest plant I have grown. Had great bag appeal with the different colors. That name has been used for a couple different strains though. I did get a cheesy taste with it. I can't get it anymore, the nursery I got the clone from was wiped out by a viral plant infection.
Dog is resting her nose on the back door, I think she wants in...
Mornin.

Have you found anything like it? That's as close to what you had

Home from the parent's house for the holidays. Came home, yep I'm a grower in week 7; we got hit in the face with dank when we walked in the door. Life is as it always is, had our annual appliance holiday failure. So we got a new freezer today, the food is safe and the 14 year old freezer is dead and gone.

Other than that, just another holiday giving corp. America our income for stuff the kids will throw away in less than 5 years. Oh well, they were happy bouncing Iron Man off the new skateboard, the matriarch felt loved and didn't biatch too much about my desire to move to the other side of the country. We got home in record time, didn't get pulled over, and I poured the sleeping wife and child out of the car in time for their schedules today.
I call that a successful holiday.

Now to deal with the wife's desire to do something for the annual celebration of humanities successful transit riding a rock in a parabola around a self sustaining nuke, again.
